MHKW has created more street frontage for retail through the design of a 2nd level shopping promenade with a ground level and a second level 4.4 m above. The second floor shopping promenade width is 3.0 m and is accessible to the pedestrian along the entire length of main street and by north-south covered bridges connecting both sides of the promenade over the shopping galleria.

A 17 story structure which includes a 4 level shopping podium, 1 level mechanical roof and 12 floors of office space. The podium building level includes a 4 story high atrium space which is essentially an extension of the main street. There are 2 floors of underground parking conveniently located within for over 200 cars.
